April 7, Fangda Carbon (600516.SH) announces that the Board of Directors of the company has received the written resignation of the General Manager, Mr. Qiu Zongyuan, on April 5, 2023. Mr. Qiu Zongyuan resigns as the general Manager of the Company due to job change. The resignation report shall be effective as of the date of delivery to the board of directors of the Company. After his resignation, Mr. Qiu Zongyuan will no longer hold any position in the company.
